• A child who receives support for childcare and child educational expenses

• A child who receives support for enrollment in an organization certified as a national school (state support) and provides curriculum that is similar in nature to the one provided by a kindergarten, despite the fact it does not correspond to the kindergarten under the control of the Ministry of Education
• Where the child subject to the household child endowment support stays overseas for 90 days or longer, the corresponding support will be suspended under Article 34-2 paragraph 3 of the Child Care Act

• Paid from the month in which the application date falls until the 12th month of the age prior to the child’s entry to school
• Endowment payment date: 25th day of each month (payment made on the preceding date if the payment date falls onto Saturdays/public holidays)
• New application for the period in which the effect comes into play The application date will be the payment commencement date, and retroactive payment for the period prior to the application will not be made.
